Can you tell me a little more about what Magnetic Kids™ are made of, and where they’re made?
Sure! Magnetic Kids™ are drawn by hand and then printed on 30 mil magnetic paper, usually used for car magnets. Most other companies use 10 to 15 mil magnetic paper. So ours are very sturdy! Magnetic Kids are drawn, printed, manufactured and packaged in the United States– Brooklyn, NY and Quincy, MA, to be exact.

What do Magnetic Kids™ stick to?
Well, Magnetic Kids™ are great for the refridgerator, but basically they stick to most metal surfaces. We suggest going on a treasure hunt of sorts: at our house they stick to the fridge, the dishwasher, the stove (off, of course,) as well as, some metal shelves and chairs. So grab some kids and get creative– see what they stick to!
Unfortunately we don’t sell any surface accessories at this time. But magnetic boards and magnetic paint ( that can make practically any surface magnetic,) are available at many stores. Check out a wide selection of boards and paint at Fridgedoor.com.

Do Magnetic Kids™ make good gifts for toddlers?
While we’ve noticed that toddlers love playing with Magnetic Kids™, ( really, who wouldn’t?) they are not for chewing on! The small parts are a choking hazard, so Magnetic Kids™ are not recommended for children three years and under. We suggest toddlers enjoy Magnetic Kids™ with adult supervision.

Do you make custom Magnetic Kids™?
Right now you can pick out your own combination of pieces in a Magnetic Kid™ Kit. Unfortunately, we only offer custom drawn Magnetic Kids™ for large, and/or corporate orders. But if you’re interested in a whole bunch of Magnetic Kids, ( perfect as party favors at that big family reunion, or as novelty gifts to spice up a conference,) we can make them to your liking! We’re happy to draw your special kid and outfit from a photo, or perhaps create an outfit incorporating your company’s logo. Use the Contact Form to let us know what you’re thinking and we can take it from there.

How do I buy something off this web site?
It’s easy! Just use the “add to cart” button on the individual item page for each Kid, and you’ll be directed to set up payment details (credit card information, etc.,) and provide your shipping information through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account.

How long does my order take to come? How will it be shipped?
Most orders ship within 7-10 business days, and take about a week in transit. If you’d like a Kid quicker than that, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate, if we can. We generally ship USPS priority mail or first class, unless you request otherwise. Overnight and express shipping is available by request, and for an extra charge. Please use the Contact Form if you need something expedited.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we are happy to ship overseas. Please place your order through Paypal, and we will send you an invoice for extra shipping costs if necessary.

Can I return my Magnetic Kids™?
Oh no! Did something go wrong? At the moment, we do not offer refunds, but are happy make an exchange if you are unhappy with anything in your order. Just let us know and we will try our best to solve your problem.
